The HORECA exhibition in Saudi Arabia that we just concluded was not just an opportunity for us to showcase our equipment, but also a process of face-to-face discussions with the Middle Eastern market about needs, cooperation, and long-term business.
During the three-day exhibition, we received buyers from Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Kuwait, Oman, and other countries, many of whom are long-term clients engaged in equipment wholesale and catering project support. Our interactions with them were very direct and genuine.

What do customers care about? Here's what they said on site
During the communication, an equipment wholesaler from Riyadh, after examining the equipment structure, stated frankly: "We don't need fancy stuff. It just needs to be strong and easy to clean. If my customers can use it every day without trouble, that's enough."
A purchasing manager responsible for restaurant chain projects is more concerned with long-term use: "This will run all day in our kitchen. If it breaks down, it's a big problem. We prefer something simple but solid."
Another customer from the Gulf region was very excited when they learned that we have our own factory during our discussion about the supply model. They said: "If you're factory-direct, it's easier for us. Price is clearer, and we know who to talk to when there's an issue."
These feedbacks align perfectly with our long-standing principles: robust and durable, with a clear structure, suitable for mass production, and conducive to long-term collaboration.

From "looking at the equipment" to "discussing the details"
To address these practical needs, we highlighted our own factory production model, quality control processes, and OEM & ODM customization solutions tailored to the Middle Eastern market. Many clients quickly moved from initial product inquiries to discussions comparing models and asking detailed questions.
At this exhibition, we also met with a familiar old friend
This time, we also met with a long-term client we've been working with for five years. He specifically took time out of the exhibition to meet with us, and afterwards, he warmly hosted us, having dinner and chatting with us. The conversation was much easier than I had imagined. And when we left Saudi Arabia, he sent us a very heartwarming message in Chinese. He expressed his warm welcome and gratitude for our visit to Riyadh, conveyed his enjoyment of the time spent together and his trust and expectation for continued cooperation in the future, and offered his best wishes, hoping to visit our country in the future.

Our participation in the HORECA exhibition in Saudi Arabia reaffirmed one point: Middle Eastern customers don't want gimmicks, but rather equipment that is easy to use, maintain, and sell. Moving forward, we will continue to optimize our products and services based on real-world usage scenarios, working with local partners to build a more stable and sustainable market presence.
