Working Principle
Inside the device, electric heating elements generate heat, while a fan drives a circulating airflow; this causes hot air to flow continuously throughout the chamber, thereby achieving comprehensive, all-around heating of the food ingredients.
The unit features an independent top-mounted heating system that utilizes radiant heat to act directly upon the food's surface, facilitating browning or charring effects. Concurrently, the hot air circulation system within the cooking chamber penetrates the interior of the ingredients, ensuring they cook thoroughly and gradually.
Two heating paths operate simultaneously within the same chamber but are independently regulated by separate control systems, thereby achieving zone control of the heating process.
